Mindflex is an AI-powered wellness companion that supports self-reflection and emotional wellbeing through conversational techniques powered by artificial intelligence. The Service may include conversations about your situation, feelings, and personal goals such as relaxation, building self-esteem, and emotional balance.
IMPORTANT: Mindflex does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy of any kind. The platform does not claim to diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent any disease, disorder, or medical condition.
Do not ignore or delay seeking professional medical or psychological advice because of anything provided through Mindflex. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, contact your local emergency services (911 in the US, 112 in the EU) or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline immediately.
Nothing stated, posted, or made available through the Service is intended to be, and must not be taken to be, the practice of medicine, psychotherapy, or the provision of professional healthcare.
By using Mindflex, you are not entering into a healthcare provider-patient relationship, a therapist-client relationship, or any similar professional care relationship with Mindflex UG or any of its AI companions. Any decisions regarding your health, wellbeing, or treatment rest solely with you and your qualified healthcare provider.
The Service is not meant to be a substitute or replacement for any in-person healthcare visits, counseling, therapy, psychiatric care, or wellbeing visits.
Mindflex is powered by artificial intelligence. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or inappropriate suggestions ("hallucinations"). You should not rely on any output from Mindflex as a substitute for your own judgment or professional advice. Mindflex UG does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

We may charge a subscription fee for access to certain features. Subscription fees are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your subscription is subject to the respective store's terms and conditions.
Any subscription fees are non-reimbursable by Medicare, Medicaid, health insurance, or other healthcare programs.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MINDFLEX UG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF MINDFLEX, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY PERSONAL INJURY, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR DECISIONS MADE BASED ON AI-GENERATED OUTPUT.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or EUR 100, whichever is greater.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
All right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, and design, are owned by Mindflex UG. You are granted a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Apple iOS: These Terms are concluded between you and Mindflex UG only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services with respect to Mindflex.
Google Play: These Terms are between you and Mindflex UG only, and not with Google LLC. Your use of Mindflex must comply with Google Play's current Terms of Service. Google has no obligation or liability to you with respect to Mindflex or these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from these Terms is Berlin, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
For users residing in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory EU consumer protection law.
