What is Mindflex?
Mindflex is an AI wellness companion that provides personalized conversations to support your mental wellbeing. It is not a replacement for professional medical care or therapy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your device's settings.
iPhone/iPad: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Mindflex
Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Mindflex
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Delete Account". This permanently removes all your data. You can also email us at hello@mindflex.world to request account deletion.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your conversations are encrypted and stored securely on servers in the EU. We do not sell or share your personal data. See our Privacy Policy and our Safety & Compliance page for details.
